Data and AI Client Engagement Lead

Client Engagement Lead – Data & AI Location: London (Hybrid) | Additional opportunities in the Netherlands and Germany Salary: £140,000 – £160,000 + bonus/equity/benefits (UK package)

I'm working with a leading global technology consultancy looking to hire a Client Engagement Lead to support the growth of its Data & AI practice.

This is a senior, commercially focused role combining technical consulting expertise, strategic client engagement and business development, working with major enterprise clients across a range of industries.

What we're looking for:

• Strong background in Data & AI consulting, ideally progressing from a technical role into client-facing leadership.
• Proven experience in client engagement, account growth, pre-sales and solution consulting.
• Broad technical understanding of Data & AI technologies, platforms and architectures, with Databricks experience particularly valuable.
• Ability to engage credibly with senior technical stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience managing complex enterprise relationships.
