PRODUCTION WORKER

Key Responsibilities: Assist the baker in measuring and preparing ingredients. Prepare dough, fillings, toppings, and other bakery ingredients as instructed. Assist with mixing, shaping, proofing, baking, and cooling of bakery products. Operate basic bakery equipment and tools safely. Monitor products during preparation and baking to ensure proper quality. Assist in decorating and finishing baked products when needed. Pack, label, and arrange finished products for delivery or display. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the production area, equipment, and utensils. Follow proper food safety and hygiene procedures. Check ingredients and supplies and report shortages or damaged materials. Assist with inventory and proper storage of ingredients. Follow production schedules and instructions from the baker or supervisor. Perform other production-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements: Qualifications: At least Senior high school Graduate (TVL, Home Economics, or related field) Must have 1 year work experiences in Food Production. Ability to work efficiently and under pressure. Knowledge in Food Safety Standards and Proper Kitchen Hygiene Practices. Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask. Must be able to work any day and/or shift including weekends and holidays.
