PRODUCT SPECIALIST

Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Promote and recommend products based on customers’ needs and preferences. Explain product features, benefits, prices, and promotions. Demonstrate products when necessary. Encourage customers to purchase products and achieve assigned sales targets. Maintain proper product displays and ensure shelves are well-stocked. Monitor product availability and report low or out-of-stock items. Assist customers with product inquiries and concerns. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned selling area. Monitor competitors’ products, prices, and promotions when required. Prepare sales reports and other required documentation. Follow company sales policies and procedures. Build and maintain good relationships with customers. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications/Requirements: Qualifications At least High School or Senior High School graduate. Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or as a promoter is an advantage but not required. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented and comfortable approaching customers. Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays. Can work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Presentable, energetic, and professional.
