- Lead, coach and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Drive store performance through sales planning and commercial awareness
- Deliver an engaging and enjoyable customer experience
- Manage staff rostering, stock control, loss prevention and daily operations
- Train and develop team members to improve sales and customer service skills
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues
- Support promotions, events and customer engagement activities
Requirements
- Experience in Retail, Entertainment, Hospitality, Attractions or other customer-facing industries
- Experience in theme parks, arcades, family entertainment centres, attractions or leisure venues is an advantage
- Previous experience in a Supervisor, Senior Retail or Assistant Manager role is preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal and team leadership skills
- Customer-focused with the ability to create an engaging customer experience
- Positive, approachable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sales and KPI-driven mindset
