Import Staff

• Handle import process and coordinate with concerns, customers overseas, suppliers and logistics broker.
• Provide advice and information to customers and suppliers for new product, price, quality and services.
• Operate and follow up ordering process, delivery process, quality controlling, quality settlement.
• Cooperate with related parties in each process of working.
• Operate under Company and Thai regulation, collaborated in Section, Department, Company Special activity
• Coordinate with Shipping Agent for Import and Export customs clearance.
• Coordinate with customers, update shipment, document and clarify the problem.

• Actively handle Price & lead time Inquiry and efficiently estimate importing cost.
• Effectively sourcing and negotiating with overseas suppliers.
• Effectively issue purchase orders, order & follow till fulfillment and meet the requested delivery date.
• Coordinate with Shipping Agent for Import customs clearance.
• Ensure all shipping documents such as Invoice, packing list, BL & Import Entry, especially Hs code is correct.
• Effectively cooperate with both internal and external parties for shipment schedule and delivery.
• Receive the good in system, Update import HS Code, Conduct Overseas Evaluation

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, International Business, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1-8 years of experience in import-export or logistics operations (experience in the manufacturer industry is a plus). Good at Microsoft office skills (Excel, Words, PowerPoint) Solid knowledge of BOI regulations, customs clearance procedures, HS codes, and trade compliance. Proficiency in English communication (speaking, reading, writing) for dealing with overseas partners. Good computer literacy and familiarity with ERP or import-export systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Customs System). Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, and a good team player. Good attitude, self-motivated, dynamic, hard-working and able to work under pressure and flexible hours. Strong interpersonal skills and cooperation with all levels, including management. Knowledge of logistics, cost control and supply chain management. Experience of working with freight forwarders and shipping lines within the manufacturer industry. Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
