Warehouse Keeper – Odoo

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Keeper to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using Odoo for warehouse and inventory management and be comfortable handling daily warehouse operations through the system.

Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and organize incoming goods and materials.

Record all receipts, issues, transfers, and inventory movements accurately on Odoo .

Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory records are always up to date.

Prepare and process delivery orders, internal transfers, and stock requests through Odoo.

Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.

Maintain proper organization and identification of warehouse items.

Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and safety standards.

Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and other departments regarding inventory movements.

Prepare inventory reports and provide accurate stock information when required.

Proven experience as a Warehouse Keeper / Storekeeper .

Previous hands-on experience using Odoo , preferably in inventory or warehouse management.

Good understanding of stock control and warehouse operations.

Good computer skills and attention to detail.

Ability to accurately record and track inventory movements.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Candidates preferably live in Obour or nearby areas (such as El Shorouk or Mostakbal City), or should be able to commute to Obour easily and regularly.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with Odoo Inventory/Warehouse Management module .

Experience in stock counting and inventory reconciliation.

Previous experience working with ERP systems.
