MAJORITY is looking for a skilled iOS Developer to join its Mobile team. This is a full time, in-person position based in Stockholm, Sweden. Developers may work from home up to 2 days a week.

About our mobile apps and MAJORITY

• Our work matters to real people. It is the app they open to get paid, check their balance or send money home.
• We build banking in an app: identity checks with document and selfie capture, card management and Apple Pay provisioning, international money transfers, a credit card, calling and phone plans.
• Our app is written entirely in Swift, split into modular Swift packages with our own design system. The use of SwiftUI is growing and Swift concurrency is used throughout.
• We release every two weeks, backed by snapshot tests, unit tests in Swift Testing and an XCUITest suite.
• AI is part of how we build. Our repo ships skills for implementation, multi-agent code review, verifying features, writing UI tests etc. We keep improving them together.
• To secure high quality code we practice code review and pair programming, we use CI/CD and automated testing.
• Our engineers own what they build. We take on new challenges, not just new features, from new products to partner SDK integration.
• We also have a lot of fun together. We have a lunch run club, play foosball and other games, go to the gym, AWs etc.

About you and your responsibilities

• You lead technical decisions in the app and see them through, from architecture to how we test and release.
• You think about the bigger picture: how features, shared modules and the backend fit together, and how the code base will grow.
• You use AI tools and help shape how the team works with them.

Basic Requirements

• 8+ years building and shipping iOS apps in Swift, and supporting them in production with many users.
• Solid experience with both UIKit and SwiftUI.
• Good understanding of app architecture, modularization and how to keep a large code base maintainable.
• Experience with automated testing: unit, snapshot and UI tests.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Ideal candidate

• Experience with payment platforms, FinTech, Banking or app security (Keychain, authentication, handling sensitive data).
• Experience with Swift concurrency, Swift Package Manager and CI/CD.
• Experience working with a growing team on evolving products with many users.
• Experience building new products with an eye on maintainability and scalability.
• Vision for product development and for how a code base evolves.
• Uses AI tools like Claude, Cursor or Codex in daily work.
• Happy hacking on new technology, loves R&D.
