Process Technician

The primary function of a process Technician is machine set up, machine maintenance & machine trouble shooting for the purpose of maintaining device quality and compliance, increasing process output, as well as reducing costs. This role will be a mixture of Days and Evening shifts.

Responsibilities:

Monitoring & operating equipment used in the production process to ensure they are functioning correctly & efficiently

Trouble shooting & maintenance, identify and resolve issues with equipment or process perform routine maintenance and assist with repairs when needed

Quality control, inspect products & process to ensure it meets onsite quality requirements

Data collection & reporting, maintain accurate logs & documentation for compliance & analysis

EHS compliance, follow all safety protocols onsite and ensure equipment is operated safely. Comply with all site EHS & regulatory standards

Training & development, stay up to date with all onsite training requirements & support onboarding/ cross training of new team members

Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role

Skills Required:

Demonstrated knowledge of GMP principles.

Demonstrated ability to deliver to personal, team and site objectives.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with personnel at all levels in a team environment.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make structured decisions on a routine basis

Aptitude for operational processes.

Aptitude for Process Improvement and Lean.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language

Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Data collection / trending / reporting

Teamwork & communication

Education / Licenses / Certifications:

Minimum Level 6 qualification in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical/Automation Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or qualified trade person

2+ plus years of experience in a GMP/ other regulated environment.

Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable
