We are looking for a data-driven and proactive Digital Specialist Intern who is eager to learn, grow, and drive real business results for our clients.
Your tasks
- Assist in planning, setting up, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Support daily organic social media execution, including content ideation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS) to provide actionable insights and reports.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Team (Graphic Designers & Copywriters) to ensure ad creatives are engaging and high-converting.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new digital marketing opportunities for various client brands.
Requirements
Who We Are Looking For
- Prioritized Candidates: Graduates from reputable Digital Marketing Bootcamps (e.g., RevoU, MySkill, Purwadhika) with a solid capstone project/portfolio.
- Fresh graduates (Marketing, Communications, Business) are welcome to apply ONLY IF you have prior hands-on internship experience in digital or performance marketing.
- Dashboard Familiarity is a Must: You must have hands-on experience navigating Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Theoretical knowledge is not enough; you should know how to set up and read a campaign.
- Mandatory Portfolio: You must be able to showcase a portfolio of dummy/capstone projects, campaign setups, or real-world social media management.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills (CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS should be your daily vocabulary).
- Highly proactive, adaptable, and possesses a strong "client-oriented" mindset to thrive in a dynamic agency environment.

What we offer
- Direct-Track to Full-Time: This is a 3-month evaluation program. High-performing interns who adapt well to our agency pace will be directly offered a permanent, full-rate position at the end of the program!
- Strategic Hybrid Setup: We implement a designated Work From Home (WFH) Monday to build momentum and focus on individual tasks, followed by WFO for the rest of the week for maximum team collaboration.
