Liquid Personnel is recruiting Specialist Occupational Therapist to join its client's Hospital & Reablement Service in Southwark, supporting Older People & Physical Disabilities.

Hours: 37.5 per week Work Pattern: 3 days in office / 2 days remote

What will your responsibilities be?

You’ll be part of a specialist project within the Hospital & Reablement Service, working with adults with physical disabilities and older people to support safe discharge, independence and recovery.

This is ideal for an experienced OT who thrives in structured, outcome-focused environments and can bring specialist expertise to a targeted service improvement project.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have,

HCPC-Registered Occupational Therapist

Strong experience within hospital discharge and/or reablement

Background in Older People & Physical Disabilities

Confident managing complex cases

Able to work autonomously and within MDT settings
