Social Worker – Family and Support Service
Liquid Personnel is recruiting experienced and passionate Social Workers to join its client's Family and Support Service based in Rochdale.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive team, managing a range of complex cases to safeguard and support children and families across the borough.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will,
Manage a caseload involving Child in Need, Child Protection, Pre-Proceedings, and Court work
Undertake assessments and develop outcome-focused care plans
Carry out direct work with children and families to promote safety and well-being
Prepare high-quality reports and present evidence in court as required
Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to deliver effective interventions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records
Participate in regular supervision and reflective practice
Ensure compliance with Social Work England standards and Rochdale Council policies
Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
Social Work England registration
Degree in Social Work or equivalent
Post-qualified experience in statutory children’s services
Full UK driving licence
Strong assessment, communication, and report-writing skills
