About the Project
As a Program Manager , you will oversee multiple projects within the finance/stock exchange industry , ensuring strategic alignment, risk management, and successful delivery. You will work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to drive program execution and optimize business outcomes.

Daily tasks
- Lead and coordinate multiple interrelated IT projects
- Define program goals, KPIs, and success criteria
- Ensure strategic alignment with business objectives
- Identify and mitigate risks across projects
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to optimize delivery timelines
- Drive continuous improvement and best practices adoption
Requirements
At least 6+ years of experience in program/project management in IT
Proven track record of leading large-scale IT programs
Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Good command of English
Nice to Have
Experience in the finance or stock exchange industry
Certifications such as PgMP, PMP, SAFe Program Consultant, or PMI-ACP
Familiarity with cloud-based solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Understanding of budgeting and financial planning in IT programs
Must have: Project management, Agile, Jira, Confluence, Stakeholder management
Nice to have: PMP, SAFe, AWS, GCP, Azure, PgMP
