Fund Operations Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join a team supporting investment fund operations and post-trade processing. Working arrangement: The team will operate in a fixed shift pattern from 2:00 AM to 10:00 AM (8-hour shift), supporting APAC (Asia-Pacific) market processes, primarily covering the Singapore region.

Daily tasks

• Processing fund unit buy/sell orders
• Monitoring trade and order flow in internal systems
• Matching and settling contract notes and confirmations
• Handling mailbox queries from internal and external stakeholders
• Monitoring client and market payments
• Preparing daily and management reports
• Investigating and resolving operational breaks and issues
• Supporting the onboarding of new clients and product implementation
• Assisting with corporate actions (for selected role), including dividends and event processing
• Contributing to process improvements and documentation updates

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Fund Operations / Middle Office Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment Good communication skills Stability in previous roles preferred Nice to have: Experience with corporate actions Knowledge of securities or investment fund operations Exposure to process improvement initiatives Familiarity with reconciliation or financial systems
