Job Description & Requirements Lebua Thai Restaurant is looking for a head chef to lead a kitchen team as well as create menu and dishes. Job Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all kitchen operations Come up with new menu and maintain of our dishes quality Manage the food preparation process Plan orders of ingredients according to identified shortages Maintain and upkeep food and service quality Foster a supportive and conducive work environment Positive attitude and able to work as a team Experience in kitchen at least 10 years Open minded and willing to accept feedback
