Senior Manager SAP Finance - Advisory, Technology (SAP Finance)

Role purpose: Lead SAP Finance advisory and delivery engagements, helping clients design, optimize, and implement SAP finance solutions that improve financial processes, controls, and reporting outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SAP Finance workstreams, from discovery and solution design through build, test, deployment, and hypercare.
• Advise stakeholders on SAP finance process transformation, target operating models, and best practices.
• Lead workshops to gather requirements and translate business needs into SAP Finance configurations and functional specifications.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies; ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Oversee integration points across SAP modules and related systems; coordinate with technical and data teams.
• Mentor consultants and managers; contribute to practice development, proposals, and client relationship growth.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong SAP Finance functional expertise (e.g., FI/CO; exposure to S/4HANA Finance preferred).
• Proven leadership in advisory and implementation projects, including stakeholder management and team delivery.
• Finance process knowledge (record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash) and controls-oriented thinking.
• Ability to produce clear documentation: requirements, process maps, test scripts, and training materials.
