(Junior) ServiceNow Consultant Role purpose

Support the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform to streamline IT and business workflows. Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions and ensure high-quality delivery.

Core responsibilities

• Assist in delivering ServiceNow modules and workflows (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM) based on business needs.
• Gather and document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with business and technical teams.
• Configure forms, fields, lists, UI policies, business rules, notifications, SLAs, and catalog items.
• Support integrations and data imports/exports using standard ServiceNow capabilities and APIs.
• Perform testing (unit, functional, UAT support), troubleshoot issues, and contribute to release activities.
• Create and maintain solution documentation, knowledge articles, and end-user training materials.
• Monitor platform performance and contribute to governance, best practices, and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Foundational knowledge of ServiceNow platform concepts (tables, CMDB, flows, roles, ACLs).
• Basic scripting skills in JavaScript and familiarity with Glide APIs is a plus.
• Understanding of ITIL processes and service management principles.
