Quantity Surveyor

Work Schedule: 5.5 days Location: Tuas Responsibilities Preparation of comprehensive tender documents, detailed bill of quantities, and the development of the project's overall budget. Assessment and compilation of monthly progress claims. Conducting cost analysis and cost control throughout the project. Evaluating and negotiating contracts with vendors and subcontractors. Collaborating with project teams to ensure adherence to budget constraints. Requirements        Min Diploma in Building / Construction or Quantity Surveying Proven experience in Marine Construction or are lated role. Able to use AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word Good communication skills Independent & responsible for the marine construction project assigned Resourceful & maintain good relationship with sub-contractors
