Experience & Expertise: Possess a robust 5-10 years of progressive experience in coats and paints manufacturing, with a proven track record in a leadership or managerial capacity. Managerial Acumen: Demonstrate exceptional capabilities suitable for a Manager-level position, including strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making. Essential Skill Set: Paints and Coats expertise, including knowledge of formulations, applications, and industry standards. Advanced proficiency in Production Management and operational leadership.
