A leading Big 4 consulting firm is seeking a senior manager or director-level labor market policies and strategy professional to lead the delivery of a strategic public sector engagement in Saudi Arabia.

Requirements

Key requirements

12+ years of experience in labour market policies, employment strategies, workforce development, or related fields.

Strong understanding of labor market policies and strategies in Saudi Arabia and internationally.

Demonstrated experience in developing, reviewing, or supporting labor market strategies, employment policies, and workforce development initiatives.

Familiarity with international frameworks and standards of organizations such as:

International Labour Organization (ILO)

World Bank

United Nations (UN)

Experience engaging with senior government stakeholders, including ministerial and executive leadership.

Strong strategic thinking, policy analysis, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Previous experience supporting government entities or public sector transformation initiatives is preferred.

Experience in the GCC and public sector advisory projects is highly desirable.

Engagement details

Onsite assignment in Saudi Arabia.

Initial contract duration of six months.
