Lead Engineer - Bridges

To lead and manage bridge design projects, ensuring the effective implementation of, coordination, and high-quality model production. The role involves close collaboration with structural, geotechnical, and civil teams, with a focus on delivering technically sound and coordinated bridge solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering is required. Master’s degree is preferrable.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in bridges design. Experience in design of steel bridges is preferrable.
• Experience in design using international bridge standards and codes, especially AASHTO, is required.
• Experience in CSI bridge and Midas civil is a must.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of bridge rehabilitation techniques and geotechnical engineering principles.
