As a Shift Leader at KFC, you are an inspiring leader working closely with the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to ensure our core operations run at peak performance. Our Leaders come from a variety of backgrounds-ranging from supermarkets and cafés to retail and banking-but all share the same passion for great leadership and caring for their team. Your role is to coach and guide your team of about 7 to 25 members, ensuring a reliable and consistent experience for our guests.

As a Shift Leader, you'll be active on the floor, ensuring a well-coordinated team and delivering the best service to our guests. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading the team on the floor, making sure our guests always receive top-notch service by monitoring team performance and supporting management when necessary
• Taking responsibility for opening and closing shifts, performing administrative tasks, and ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld in the restaurant
• Training and coaching your team to deliver their best performance, while also working on your own development goals with support from your manager
