Production Supervisor

1. To plan, organizes and control production in an organization
2. To manage human and material resource to meet the production targets.
3. Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures.
4. Monitor quality standards of products.
5. Prepare and maintain production report.
6. Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
7. Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant department including Quality, Engineer, supporting division and management.
8. Other tasks will be assigned by Manager

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Industry or other fields. related 5 years’ or above relevant working experience in the manufacturing industry with at least 3 years management experience, experience in metal sheet manufacturing industry preferred Have knowledge of Stamping part/ Assembly part / Stacking part and Plastic Injection Strong leadership and problem solving skills in a combination of communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge in ISO 9001 or ISO 14001 Requirement, Internal Audit Proficiency in MS Office( Excel ,Word and PowerPoint) Able to work in night shift Candidates who are able to work Monday–Saturday will be given special consideration.
