Accountabilities: The Solution Architect will support the delivery of HRIS and HCM implementation initiatives by designing solutions, guiding technical activities, and helping clients successfully adopt new technologies.

Support clients and internal teams throughout HCM implementations, system enhancements, and technology transformation initiatives.

Provide solution architecture guidance across HR, workforce management, and payroll processes.

Assist with system configuration, testing activities, issue resolution, and deployment of system changes.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective HCM technology solutions.

Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation outcomes.

Support additional client projects and initiatives as required.

Help identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization.

Provide expertise and guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have strong HRIS/HCM implementation experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work independently in a client-focused environment.

5+ years of experience working with HRIS or HCM platforms.

Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is highly advantageous.

Extensive experience supporting HCM system implementations, including HR, workforce management, and payroll modules.

Strong understanding of HR technology processes, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.

Proven ability to manage relationships with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Experience working in implementation consulting, solution architecture, or related HCM technology roles.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a remote environment.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

A proactive mindset with the ability to learn new technologies and continuously develop expertise.

Benefits:

Competitive salary range of $85,000–$125,000 annually.
