Editor de Vídeo

Accountabilities: The Editor de Vídeo will be responsible for producing high-quality audiovisual content, ensuring creative excellence, technical precision, and alignment with communication strategies. The role requires organization, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating with different teams.

Edit videos for social media platforms, including Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and long-form content.

Create dynamic cuts, engaging storytelling, and compelling visual narratives.

Work with soundtracks, sound effects, and audio corrections to improve content quality.

Perform color grading and image adjustments to ensure professional visual standards.

Create basic motion graphics, including subtitles, transitions, and visual elements.

Adapt video content for different platforms, formats, and audience expectations.

Collaborate with social media, design, and performance marketing teams.

Manage deadlines efficiently while maintaining quality across multiple projects.

Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute ideas to improve content strategies.

Continuously suggest creative improvements based on trends and audience engagement.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has solid experience in video editing, strong technical skills, and a creative mindset combined with strategic thinking and attention to detail.

Proven experience as a mid-level video editor with strong portfolio experience.

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.

Intermediate experience with After Effects.

Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve is considered a plus.

Understanding of audiovisual storytelling principles and narrative structure.

Knowledge of digital content formats, trends, and platform-specific requirements.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organization skills.

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with creative and marketing teams.

Proactive attitude, openness to feedback, and continuous improvement mindset.

Previous experience in an agency environment is a plus.

Experience with advanced motion design, video capture, branding, or performance content is desirable.

Benefits:

Monthly compensation of R$4,000 under a PJ contract.

Monthly support allowance for food and transportation of approximately R$1,100.

Hybrid work model with three days per week working on-site.

Commercial working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
