Accountabilities Lead, coach, and develop Business Screening teams to achieve quality standards, operational targets, and performance objectives.

Monitor team performance, analyze operational metrics, and implement improvements to optimize efficiency, quality, and talent activation.

Plan, coordinate, and execute new screening initiatives, process updates, and operational enhancements across the screening function.

Oversee screening workflows, maintain screening exercises, and support the creation of new talent specializations and evaluation paths.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, quality assurance, analytics, and operational stakeholders to improve screening methodologies and reporting.

Support workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and mentoring of new screeners while fostering a positive and engaging team culture.

Act as an escalation point for screening-related issues, investigating complex cases and ensuring timely, customer-focused resolutions.

Maintain accurate documentation of screening processes, policies, and standards to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational scalability.

Drive continuous process optimization through data analysis, operational insights, and collaboration with internal teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

3–5+ years of experience in operations management, team leadership, project management, or business process management.

Demonstrated experience leading teams, improving operational workflows, and managing cross-functional initiatives.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholder groups.

Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.

Proven leadership, coaching, mentoring, and people management capabilities.

Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Adaptable mindset with the ability to manage changing priorities and drive consensus across diverse teams.

Experience within the technology industry or IT environment is advantageous.

Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles is considered a plus.
