About This Role Sundown Cafe is recruiting a Supervisor at its flagship establishment in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. This full-time role oversees daily floor operations, guest experience quality, and staff coordination across the cafe's daytime corporate dining and evening lounge service. Key Responsibilities

Floor Operations Oversight: Direct daily shifts, ensure prompt customer service, and uphold service standards across both daytime cafe and evening lounge service models. Staff Supervision & Workflow: Coordinate service staff, baristas, and floor personnel to maintain service delivery and hygiene protocols. Customer Relationship Management: Interact with patrons, manage guest feedback, and resolve service issues to preserve the establishment's luxury positioning. Inventory & Quality Assurance: Monitor food and beverage quality, control floor inventory levels, and ensure proper point-of-sale (POS) cash reconciliation.

Requirements & Qualifications

Core Competencies: Floor management, customer experience, food & beverage inventory control, shift scheduling, and team communication. Key Attributes: Leadership skills, adaptability to hybrid day/night venue models, and high operational standards.
