Material Handler Lead

We are representing an established global logistics company to hire a Material Handler Lead for its Singapore operations.

If you are hands-on in warehouse operations, comfortable operating MHE such as Reach Truck / Order Picker , and ready to step up into a lead role — we would love to hear from you!

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Coordinate daily inbound & outbound warehouse operations
• Process outbound orders and arrange shipment bookings
• Perform online booking of shipments and shipping coordination
• Support daily manpower/resource planning
• Handle TradeNet permit declarations
• Monitor and respond to customers' emails, calls and operational requests
• Support inventory and inbound activities
• Prepare operational reports and documentation
• Participate in Kaizen, Lean & continuous improvement projects
• Take on ad-hoc operational duties when required

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• A few years of experience in logistics / warehouse operations
• Hands-on experience operating Reach Truck / Order Picker or other MHE
• Able to work shifts
• Independent, responsible and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Good coordination and multitasking skills
• Comfortable handling emails, shipment bookings and customer requests
• TradeNet permit declaration experience is preferred
• Knowledge of SAP / B2B IT systems is an advantage
• Forklift / Work at Height licence is advantageous; training can be arranged if required
