Group IT Development Specialist

Power BI & Data Analytics Support

Assist in data preparation and cleansing for Power BI reports (e.g. CSV, Excel, SharePoint, SAP extracts).

Support the development of Power BI dashboards and reports under guidance, including:

• Basic DAX measures - Data modelling - Visual layout and usability improvements -Perform testing and validation of Power BI reports - Help document report logic, data sources, and assumptions.

AI & Automation Project Support

• Support AI proof of concept (POC) and prototype development
• Assist in:

-Preparing datasets for AI experiments

• Prompt testing and refinement for AI models
• Evaluating AI outputs for accuracy and relevance
• Help test AI features integrated with tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, or internal applications.
• Conduct basic research on AI tools, libraries, or approaches relevant to ongoing projects.

System Testing & Documentation

• Execute test cases for dashboards, AI features, and automation workflows.
• Assist in preparing:
• User guides
• Test evidence
• Project documentation and presentation materials
• Support the team in maintaining project trackers and status updates.

Collaboration & Learning

• Work closely with developers, analysts, and project leads to understand business requirements.
• Participate in project discussions, demos, and internal knowledge sharing sessions.
• Follow Group IT standards, security guidelines, and data governance practices at all times.
