Role summary

Jasara PMC is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead complex, high-value, and strategically important procurement packages in a fast-paced, multi-asset business environment. The role covers the full procurement lifecycle, from planning and market engagement through tendering, evaluation, award, and contract finalization.

The Senior Procurement Manager will lead end-to-end procurement activities for the business unit, working with asset scope owners and technical, commercial, finance, legal, and other stakeholders to develop fit-for-purpose procurement strategies and deliver compliant, timely, and commercially robust outcomes. The role will manage complex tender processes, support governance and approval requirements, maintain accurate procurement records in SAP Ariba, and drive consistency, continuous improvement, and best practices across the procurement lifecycle.

Experience and capabilities

• Extensive experience leading end-to-end procurement for large-scale sports, entertainment, infrastructure, or related development programs.
• Strong capabilities in category and sourcing strategy, commercial evaluation, negotiation, contract formation, governance, stakeholder management, risk management, and value-for-money delivery.
• Hands-on SAP Ariba experience is mandatory. Experience with Fiori and Sirion is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, or a related field.

Professional certifications

Holding one of the following certifications is an advantage:

• Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply Diploma (CIPS)
• Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM)
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)

Experience and skills

• At least 15 years of relevant procurement management experience within mega or large-scale, complex design and construction programs.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise-level management software, such as SAP Ariba or similar systems.
• Expert knowledge of procurement legislation and its practical application.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is preferred.
• Ability to foster flexibility and adaptability in response to changing business requirements.
• Ability to manage and prioritize the team’s workload effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to communicate ideas, strategies, and project performance to a range of audiences.
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to guide the function’s direction, endorsing or opposing practices as needed.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement software, such as Prism, SAP, and Ariba.
• Ability to foster team collaboration and cross-departmental integration.
• Ability to connect people and issues and drive a quick response.
