The Opportunity

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced warehouse and logistics leader to join a multi-award-winning luxury interiors business operating at the premium end of the residential property market.

The business delivers luxury home staging, show homes, bespoke furniture schemes and interior design projects across London and the wider UK. Behind every project sits a fast-moving logistics operation handling high-value furniture, artwork and accessories.

As part of its continued growth, the business is seeking a senior, hands-on leader to take ownership of the warehouse and logistics function from its Twickenham HQ.

The Role

This is a broad operational leadership position covering warehouse performance, transport planning, deliveries, collections, installations, people management, health & safety and continuous improvement.

You will oversee the movement of furniture and interior products between the warehouse and client properties, ensuring every project is properly planned, resourced and delivered to an exceptional standard.

Working closely with interior designers, project teams and senior leadership, you will lead the day-to-day operation while improving processes, efficiency and accountability. Projects can change at short notice, so you will need to be highly organised, commercially aware and comfortable making practical decisions.

A dedicated Stock Controller will manage stock accuracy and inventory administration, allowing this role to focus on the physical warehouse and logistics operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for warehouse and logistics operations.
• Lead and develop warehouse, driving and installation teams.
• Plan deliveries, collections and installations across London and the wider UK.
• Allocate people, vehicles and equipment effectively.
• Oversee the safe handling and transport of high-value furniture and accessories.
• Maintain excellent warehouse organisation and operational standards.
• Work closely with design and project teams on upcoming installations.
• Coordinate third-party haulage and specialist logistics partners where required.
• Maintain strong health & safety and operational compliance.
• Monitor performance, improve processes and resolve operational issues quickly.
• Support recruitment, training and performance management.
• Improve efficiency, service levels and cost control as the business grows.

About You

We are looking for an experienced warehouse or logistics professional with a strong track record of leading busy, service-led operations.

You may currently be a Warehouse Manager, Senior Warehouse Manager, Logistics Manager, Operations Manager, Distribution Manager or Head of Logistics.

Experience within furniture, interiors, removals, white-glove logistics, premium home delivery or high-value goods would be highly advantageous, but is not essential. Strong candidates from 3PL, retail, distribution or contract logistics environments will also be considered.

You will need strong leadership, transport and resource planning capability, excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, commercial awareness and the ability to remain calm and decisive in a fast-moving environment.
