IT Project Manager

Job Description:

1. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
2. Performing strategic analysis for the project.
3. Organizing schedules and timelines to ensure on-time completion with maximized values.
4. Guiding team and organization on how to use Scrum practices.
5. Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments to make sure the sprint goal is achieved.
6. Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.

Job Requirements:

1. Min. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
2. Min. 1 year of working experience as IT Project Manager
3. Knowledge of basic project management
4. Excellent communication (written/verbal) and mentoring skills
5. Strong analytical and decision-making skills
6. Fast learner and can learn independently
7. Knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, and empowerment
8. Experience in playing the Scrum Master role and/or using JIRA software is a plus
9. Work location: West Jakarta
