Responsibilities Daily Operations of pricing quotations and contract booking
Pricing responsibility for the business’s strategic customers and quotes
Active role in the integration of business units and commercial teams, partner the Sales Teams with ongoing and annual commercial negotiations
System implementation and usage M3, CPQ
Support the completion of the Pricing process for the business unit
Aid with the tracking of pricing performance against the pricing budget
Become an integral member of the Pricing team and provide support within the team where required
Professional and Personal skills Education : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
Experience : 3+ years in relevant roles, ideally within matrixed finance organizations.
Technical Skills : Strong Excel skills; experience with SFDC and Infor; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
Language Skills : Proficient in English.
Professional Skills : Strong negotiation, influencing, communication, and business engagement capabilities; effective knowledge sharing.
Analytical & Process Skills : Detail-oriented, process-driven, strong critical thinking, problem solving, and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
Soft Skills : Team player with a positive attitude, continuous‑improvement mindset, autonomy, resilience, integrity, and ability to lead change and build trusted partnerships.
Details Location : Gallarate (VA) with willingness to travel across sites.
Working hours : Full time, 40h/week, from Monday to Friday.
