Deputy Furnace Supervisor

Requirement:

• Minimum : High Senior School
• Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in industrial furnace operations; nickel smelting experience is preferred.
• Experience leading operators or acting as a shift leader is an advantage.
• Familiarity with furnace operating procedures, process monitoring, equipment safety, and production reporting.
• Able to work under pressure and respond appropriately to operational problems.
• Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in shifts at the plant.
