Deputy Division Head – Furnace

Qualifications

• Minimum Senior High School.
• Experienced in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in furnace operations, preferably in nickel smelting or ferronickel production.
• Experience supervising production teams and coordinating furnace operational activities.
• Strong understanding of electric furnace processes, power consumption, process control, and operational safety.
• Experience in production analysis, troubleshooting, and KPI management.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Willing to work in a shift-based or industrial plant environment as required.
