Resident Engineer - Civil

Job Description To act as Resident Engineer for underground MRT station Supervise and coordinate civil and structural works on site in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and authority requirements Keep record of all site activities and prepare daily report Monitor progress, quality control and site safety compliance Review and verify contractor submissions, method statements and shop drawings Conduct regular site inspections and attend site meetings with stakeholders Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation as required Ensure all works comply with relevant codes, regulations and environmental requirements Manage a team of RTOs Work atleast 44 hours per week

Requirements Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) of IES/ACES as QSS Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as Civil Engineer Atleast 2 years of experience in supervising LTA’s civil infrastructure works Strong experience in geotechnical works and deep excavation projects Familiarity with Singapore construction codes, standards and authority requirements Strong coordination, supervision, and site management skills
