Logistics Specialist (Import & Export)

- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs clearance agents, and suppliers.
- Prepare and review shipping documents, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, and Certificates of Origin.
- Handle import and export procedures through the NAFEZA system.
- Follow up on ACID numbers, shipment approvals, documentations. and customs clearance procedures.
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and logistics documentation.
- Follow up on shipping costs and related expenses.
- Handle export subsidy (export support) procedures, documentation, and follow-up with the relevant Egyptian authorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Import & Export Logistics.
- Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Good working knowledge of the NAFEZA system and Egyptian customs procedures.
- Good understanding of international shipping documentation and Incoterms.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Very good command of English.
