Safety / EHS Engineer – Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) & Substation – KSA (L1)

We are hiring experienced Safety / EHS Engineers for high-voltage transmission line and substation projects in Saudi Arabia. Candidates must have a strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the construction and electrical infrastructure industry.

Job Title: Safety / EHS Engineer Location: Saudi Arabia/UAE(On Site) Industry: Transmission Lines / Substation Projects Experience Required: 5 to 10 Years Joining: Within 30 to 60 Days (Immediate Joiners Preferred) Certification: NEBOSH Certified (Mandatory)

Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical)

NEBOSH Certification – Mandatory

5 to 10 years of proven experience in EHS roles

Experience in Overhead Transmission Lines (220kV / 400kV / 765kV) or Substation Projects

Valid passport with a minimum of 9 months validity

Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)

Key Responsibilities: Conduct HSE inductions and awareness sessions for all site personnel

Develop, implement, and monitor HSE and welfare plans

Perform routine site inspections and lead incident investigations

Ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW), Work Method Statements (WMS), and risk assessments

Promote a safety-first culture and ensure all works are carried out in line with company HSE policies

Provide reports and documentation related to safety performance and site compliance
