About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Food Operations Executive to oversee daily food production operations and drive continuous process improvements. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in food manufacturing who are passionate about delivering quality products while improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of food preparation and ready meal production.
- Translate customer requirements into product specifications and production processes.
- Develop and optimise production processes to ensure consistent product quality.
- Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Food Technology or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food manufacturing or an industrial central kitchen.
- Strong understanding of food processing technologies and large-scale production equipment.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Able to work rotating shifts (night shift required for one vacancy).
