1. Graduated from university with a technical major (Chemistry, mechatronic, material, mechanical and related major)

1. Proficient in computers, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Minitab.

1. Good soft skills (teamwork), good skills in planning and follow-up projects.

1. Can use drawing software (CAD, 2D, 3D) is an advantage.
