职位简介 / Role Summary
岗位 / Position: 兼职前厅服务员 / Part-Time Service Crew
按排班支援陈列销售、顾客接待、收银切包、水吧及高峰期营运。 / Support retail display, customer service, cashiering and slicing, beverage preparation and peak-hour operations according to the roster.
主要职责 / Key Responsibilities
- 接待顾客、介绍产品并补充陈列 / Greet customers, explain products and replenish displays
- 协助收银、切包、加热、打包和交付 / Support cashiering, slicing, reheating, packing and handover
- 制作及出品简单饮品 / Prepare and serve simple beverages
- 协助试吃、排队管理及清洁 / Support sampling, queue management and cleaning
- 按培训安排轮换前厅工位 / Rotate front-of-house stations after training
任职要求 / Requirements
- 工作经验 / Experience: 有餐饮、烘焙、零售、水吧或顾客服务经验者优先；无相关经验者可培训。 / F&B, bakery, retail, beverage-counter or customer-service experience is preferred; training can be provided.
- 学历 / Education: No Formal Qualification / 无学历要求
- 沟通能力 / Communication: 能够清楚理解顾客需求、工作指令和安全要求，并与团队完成基本沟通。 / Able to understand customer needs, work instructions and safety requirements, and communicate clearly with the team.
- 其他要求 / Other Requirements: 能久站，并可在周末、公共假日或高峰时段按排班工作。 / Able to stand for long periods and work rostered weekends, public holidays or peak periods.
