At Re-Bath, we are looking for hands-on, dependable individuals who enjoy building, creating, and working in a team-oriented environment. As a Machine Operator , you will play a key role in producing high-quality components used in our bathroom remodeling projects.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate plastic thermoforming machines.

Load and inspect plastic materials prior to processing.

Monitor machine performance and identify defects or malfunctions.

Perform quality checks throughout the production process.

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company standards.

Complete required quality assurance documentation.

Perform minor machine maintenance as needed.

Communicate scrap, defects, or equipment concerns to leadership.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Support other departments as needed.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Comfortable working with your hands in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Willingness to learn, take direction, and contribute to a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience.

Experience working in a production or industrial environment.

Experience performing quality inspections or quality assurance documentation.
