Position Overview

To support the continued growth of our VeoVa® and Cardura® monomers-key building blocks for high-performance coatings and adhesives we are looking for a Technical Service Lab Technician to join our team in Pernis, Netherlands.

In this role, you will contribute directly to customer support by preparing, testing, and evaluating waterborne emulsions and solvent-borne resins. You will work in close collaboration with technical, commercial, and manufacturing teams to solve customer challenges and deliver high-quality results.

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional with a strong sense of ownership, scientific curiosity, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, formulate, apply, and evaluate resins and emulsions for coatings and adhesive applications
• Plan and execute experimental programs in alignment with project objectives
• Perform laboratory work independently while maintaining high quality standards
• Ensure timely delivery of results; proactively communicate progress, risks, and solutions
• Analyze and interpret experimental data to generate clear, actionable insights
• Maintain accurate and complete laboratory documentation (lab notebooks, data records)
