Location: Springfield, VA, 22150 Start Date: ASAP Helper Rate: $25 per hour

We are seeking a dependable and friendly helper to support a client who is largely independent and able to manage personal hygiene. The role focuses on daily living support, companionship, and light household assistance .

Care Responsibilities

Assist with daily routine and general support

Meal preparation (breakfast and preparing dinner ahead)

Light housekeeping (washing dishes, tidying up)

Accompany client on short walks (a few blocks)

Run local errands (e.g., dry cleaning drop-off/pick-up)

Provide transportation to a clinic once a month

Laundry (once per week)

Schedule

4 days per week (flexible)

8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (4 hours/day)

Ideal Candidate

Friendly, patient, and reliable

Comfortable with light activity and walking support

Able to assist with errands and occasional driving

Good communication and companionship skills
