Job Summary

Support HR operations by managing analytics, coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining training and HR records, and assisting with HR projects to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze employee feedback data to support HR decision-making and improve workplace initiatives
  • Design visually engaging posters and materials to promote company events and communications
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for all employees to ensure compliance and development tracking
  • Coordinate onboarding processes and support HR audits to maintain organizational standards
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for HR and organizational activities to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist in preparing and organizing company events to foster employee engagement
  • Update and manage HR database records to maintain data integrity and accessibility
  • Respond to and escalate HR, administrative, or organizational queries to appropriate personnel for timely resolution
  • Compile and analyze nominations, surveys, and feedback results to inform HR strategies
  • Schedule and coordinate interview sessions and participate in career talks and fairs to support recruitment efforts
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to coordinate HR-related activities efficiently
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or mentors to support HR team objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related fields
  • Internship experience of at least 3 months preferred to demonstrate practical HR exposure
  • Proficiency in Power BI or other HR analytics tools to enhance data-driven HR initiatives
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the organization
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills to contribute positively within a collaborative work environment
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude to address challenges and support HR functions
