As Senior People & Culture Officer, you’ll report directly to the CEO and own the systems that keep hiring, performance, compliance, and employee relations running cleanly across a fast‑growing, operations‑heavy organization. Key Responsibilities: Governance & policy enforcement End‑to‑end hiring & candidate communications Onboarding & probation checkpoints Performance cycle governance Attendance, leave & payroll inputs Employee relations & investigations Training governance & people analytics Personnel files & social insurance management Direct handling with the Labor Office What we’re looking for: 1-3 yrs HR ops/employee relations Strong knowledge of Labor of law, documentation, investigations, performance management Fair, consistent, detail‑oriented under pressure Fluent Arabic + strong English is a must
