Shop Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the showroom. Supervise and coordinate shop staff. Provide excellent customer service. Monitor daily sales and sales targets. Maintain accurate stock and inventory records. Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies. Ensure the showroom is clean, organised and well-presented. Maintain accurate sales and operational records. Prepare basic sales and operational reports. Manage customer engagement through WhatsApp and Instagram. Support product promotion and sales activities. Maintain discipline and professionalism among staff. Report operational challenges to management and recommend solutions.

Requirements

Experience in retail, sales, customer service or management. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent customer-service skills. Organised, proactive and responsible. Comfortable managing staff, stock and sales records. Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram and basic digital tools. Ability to prepare basic sales and operational reports. Knowledge of inventory management. Fashion retail experience is an advantage.

Salary : GHS 2,000 – 2,500
