OPERATION MANAGER

Job Summary

Lead and optimize operational management systems to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer service quality. Manage budgets, forecasts, and staff while ensuring legal compliance and achieving strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations are conducted in a cost-effective and appropriate manner to maximize efficiency
• Develop and implement improved operational management systems, processes, and best practices
• Maintain organizational legal compliance by monitoring and updating processes accordingly
• Formulate and execute strategic and operational objectives aligned with business goals
• Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for profitability improvement
• Manage budgets and forecasts to support financial planning and control
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs to ensure product and service standards
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff to build a competent and motivated team
• Identify and implement initiatives to enhance customer service quality

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proven work experience as Operations Manager or in a similar role
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management principles
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting financials
• Familiarity with business and financial principles
• Excellent communication skills applied to team and stakeholder engagement
• Leadership ability demonstrated through managing teams and driving results
• Outstanding organizational skills to coordinate multiple operational activities
• Diploma in Business, Operations Management, or related field
