Reporting to the Regional QESH Manager, this role will play a key part in developing, implementing, maintaining and continuously improving the QESH management system across the operation.

You'll work closely with site leadership, operational teams, contractors and employees to promote a proactive safety culture, ensure compliance and support continuous improvement.

How you'll make an impact

• Maintain and continuously improve the QESH management system, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation, company policies and applicable standards
• Coordinate audits, inspections, corrective actions and compliance assessments across warehouse operations, equipment, processes and contractors
• Conduct risk assessments, support incident and near-miss investigations, and help identify robust corrective and preventive actions
• Monitor QESH performance data, trends and compliance metrics, providing practical recommendations to management and operational teams
