Farm Supervisor

GreenphytoPte Ltd is at the forefront of sustainable urban farming. We are looking for a highly skilled Farm Supervisor to lead our cultivation efforts. At Greenphyto,we don't just grow plants; we engineer environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and coordinate daily/weekly/monthly operations of the farm
• Managing the workforce, synchronise the team work to achieve target
• Drive productivity and manpower planning effectively
• Close follow up of structured process and procedures
• Planning ahead to detect challenges and to propose solutions
• Status update on timely manner
• Records data and conduct analysis so as to implement corrective action
• Assist Senior Farm Manager to drive lean management
• Mapping process to reduce waste and to enhance demand/fulfilment process
• Participate in continuous improvement projects

Who You Are

• A hands-on, ground-level leader who thrives in a fast-paced farm operations environment
• A strong communicator who can rally and align a diverse workforce around shared targets
• Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a genuine passion for continuous improvement
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and data reporting
• Good written and spoken communication skills; able to work effectively with a diverse workforce
• Genuinely passionate about sustainable agriculture, technology, and Singapore's food resilience

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Horticulture or Operations
• Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in farm operations, production, or a supervisory role within agriculture or manufacturing
