COUNTER CREW

• Welcome customer with a warm and friendly attitude and also help with preliminary questions.
• Take order correctly and give helpful menu ideas where necessary. Assist customers with product inquiries, providing in-depth product knowledge and suggestions based on their needs.
• Handle customer concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction by resolving issues promptly. Inform customers about promotions, special offers and loyalty programs to enhance sales. Upsell and cross-sell products to meet customer needs and increase sales opportunities.

BUSS BOY

• Engage with customers in a positive, approachable and respectful manner. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the dining places. Adhere to all the health and safety and company operation standard.
• Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, bussing table, cleaning glasses, furniture's and fittings, and laying of tables and up keeping of restrooms, disposing solid and liquid waste properly and any other related duties.
• Dispatch food to customer in the most efficient and proper manner.

KITCHEN HELPER

• Help with food preparation and pack foods ordered by customer depending on what is required at any particular time. Assist in inventory control by conducting stock checks. Assist in reporting on low stock levels to superior on duty.

Qualifications/Requirements

• FULLTIME/NON-STUDENT
• ATLEAST 18-37 years old.
• MALE or FEMALE
• Graduates are welcome! HS -Old curriculum, or Grade 11/ Junior (K-12), College Graduate
• Willing to work on shifting schedule, holidays, weekends and can render overtime if necessary.
• Willing to assign on our upcoming newly open branch: MANG-INASAL GEN T. DE LEON VALENZUELA
• Willing to be trained at MANG-INASAL Fisher Mall Malabon(Training expense and accommodation will be shouldered by the agency)
